Are all products authentic and original?
All cards and products on PokeDom are 100% original and come from authorized EU distributors.
Where do loose booster packs come from?
Our loose booster packs come exclusively from sealed Booster Boxes or Bundle packs, which means they are originally packed and safe for collectors and players. We do not sell "resealed" packages or packages from unreliable sources.
Will there be more different sets on offer?
We regularly expand our offer - follow us for new box sets and limited collections.
Delivery
How long does delivery take?
For Croatia: 1–3 business days.
For the rest of the EU: 3–7 business days, depending on location.

Who delivers my package?
We use fast and reliable courier services such as GLS and BoxNow(only Croatia).
Can I track my order?
Yes, as soon as we ship your package, you will receive an email with a tracking code, or you will be notified via the BoxNow app(only Croatia).
Returns and Complaints
What if I receive a damaged product?
Contact us immediately with pictures and we will replace it or refund your money.
Can I return the product if I change my mind?
Yes, you have the right to a return within 14 days if the product has not been opened or used.
Who bears the cost of the return?
If the product is damaged or faulty – we cover the cost.
