Pokémon TCG sets “Black Bolt” and “White Flare” revealed – double spec

Welcome back to the Unova region — the Pokémon TCG sets Black Bolt and White Flare have been officially revealed for the English market! These are our next special sets , releasing between July 18 and August 22, 2025.

For the first time in the history of the English Pokémon TCG, we'll see double sets , inspired by the Japanese releases — two separate but related sets released at the same time! This is also the first time that the Japanese and English sets share the same name.

What does each set contain?

More than 170 cards
Over 65 Illustration Rare cards
More than 5 Special Illustration Rare cards
6 Pokémon ex cards , including Zekrom ex and Meloetta ex in Black Bolt and Reshiram ex and Keldeo ex in White Flare
8 ultra rare Pokémon and Supporter cards
One illustration rare or special illustration rare card for each Unova Pokémon
One special illustration rare Supporter card each
3 different types of foil cards , including Poké Ball and Master Ball patterns that shimmer across the card
New "Black White rare" card type with illustrations in black and white style

As with all special sets, there are no separate booster boxes or packs for sale - booster packs can only be found within special products:
